Main tasks

The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for promoting products from a Domain showcasing the product’s value, internally and externally.
The PMM works in close collaboration with Domain Product Management teams to get the best understanding of the value of the products, its targeted audience, and its positioning versus the competition.
The PMM works in close collaboration with Domain Sales Management teams to define the best marketing strategy to support the sales target achievement.
The Product Manager has the responsibility of Domain Product Marketing budget planning.
He/she will be a key driver for the growth of the company, outlining the value proposition and unique selling points of core offerings and products, enabling internal sales teams, ideating go-to-market strategies and evangelizing A2Mac1’s solutions internally and across our ecosystem of partners.

Tasks and Activities

Responsibilities for Product Marketing Manager

  • Define marketing strategy for assigned products,
  • Roll-out products marketing campaigns,
  • Analyze targeted customers, market trends, competition & environment on products
  • Collect needs from sales management teams,
  • Define and develop content to highlight key differentiating products and features,
  • Analyze needs and manage event creation or participation to third party events,
  • Develop user community,
  • Create whitepapers, write case studies and articles,
  • Coordinate with all product leaders to ensure alignment and proper communication on each product
  • Organize regular Program/ Product review (twice a year) in alignment with the COO
  • Manage a calendar scheduling the creation of each piece of content and the planned release of each piece of content to be coordinated with the Marketing and comms team
  • Work with in-house writers and other content creators to create the desired content.
  • Outline a product timeline and oversee the project’s successful execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose products or services will be needed for the product.
  • Develop crisp compelling messaging that conveys the value of A2Mac1’s offerings and simplifies complex features and frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships (Product Management, Engineering, Digital Strategy, Sales, Client Success, etc) across multiple levels.
  • Partner with the content team to develop case studies and highly educational thought leadership content (whitepapers, blog posts, educational videos, webinars, and more)
  • Deliver keynote presentations at A2Mac1 events, industry conferences and client tech days.

Knowledge required

  • The ability to analyze relevant information and make informed decisions
  • Work experience in engineering environment is a plus
  • Some knowledge of Digital Twin concept and related value proposal
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities across projects
  • Must know the company licenses, and certifications and adhere as per the company laws
  • Professional English
  • Ability to work in an international multi-cultural team environment
  • Able to travel internationally

Certificate and/or experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration or marketing,
  • 2 years of experience in sales or marketing operations in a high-tech environment.
