We are looking for a community manager to expand our digital communication, focusing on CEO and company visibility by increasing brand reputation.
Reporting to the Head of Group Communications &Marketing, he/she will be responsible for developing social media strategy through the Group, monitoring market information, content development as well as the creation and animation of communities.

Expected knowledge and role

  • Know the particularities of all the social networks on which to act: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube, Snapchat, TikTok, etc. with a full understanding of their uses and changes
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills and able to develop engaging content (text, image, video)
  • Develop existing social media account as well as setting and implementing new social media accounts at Group level with a dedicated focus on CEO publications
  • Setting and implementing communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies and boost brand awareness
  • Federating, building loyalty and getting social media users/customers/prospects to interact with each other around the brand
  • Lead and involved in building a friendly community; Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists, answers their questions, manages UGC (User Generated Content) by moderating contributions, creates events
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Liaise with Products teams and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features
  • Monitor actions as well as competitors and market

Qualifications & interpersonal skills

  • Proven work experience as a community manager
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series)
  • Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Strong reporting capabilities with the ability to track campaign performance providing reporting to senior management
  • Highly organized, with demonstrated project management skills and focus towards details
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively
  • High energy and personable; ability to work in an international multi-cultural team environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines and expectations
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in various tasking situation
